Coconut Shrimp Recipe For A Simple Candida Diet

This coconut shrimp recipe is made with coconut milk.

When you are on the anti-candida diet, some people tolerate coconut milk fine, but regardless it should be eaten with caution.

Sometimes coconut milk can contain molds and the natural sugar content can cause problems for some on a simple candida diet.

Some people have found the tropical traditions coconut cream concentrate very helpful for their yeast infection diets.

But, others say it is too much sugar. (see this discussion on coconut milk and the candida diet)

I'd recommend saving this yummy recipe as a treat when you are at the end of your treatment.
