Is There A Permanent Yeast Infection Cure?

Is there any way you can cure a yeast infection so it never comes back?
I've heard that once you get a yeast infection you can get them back again and again - at anytime. Is that true? In the past year I have had 4 yeast infections. It seems they have all been caused from different types of soap. Even soap for sensitive skin bugs me. And, I think I am getting yeast infections from being on antibiotics. Plain yogurt does help me. But, over the counter creams like monistat just made it feel worse. So PLEASE help! Can I get rid of this awful problem for good?

I wish I could guarantee your yeast infection would stay away for good - but it depends on some things you do and choices you make. 4 yeast infections in a year make your yeast infection sound like a chronic yeast infection or systemic candida. It may not be only because of the soap - you may be getting yeast infections because it has overgrown in your digestive tract. It's time to start helping your body fight off the Candida.
Here are some steps you can take...
Treatment - kill the yeast with a treatment that works for you
Nutrition - cut out sweets, fruits, white flour products, mushrooms, vinegars and more during an infection and then eat always in moderation
Probiotics - replace the bad bacteria with some good bacteria like acidophilus etc
Lifestyle - deal with any stress, lack of sleep etc
Immune system - boost your immune system

I have been through it and now I very very very rarely, if ever, have one - I do these things and it has really helped me - hope it helps. good luck!
