My life with Candida No more!

My life with candida started in the early seventies.
I first knew something was wrong when I started having terrible premenstrual symptoms and I mean terrible. Depression, visual disturbances, cognitive problems, digestive problems and more. I became allergic to more and more things and started developing eczema (what's with that!) As a nurse it become more and more difficult to report to work consistently and do my work without making mistakes.
I had two pregnancies and breastfed two children (poor things ended up with allergies and canadida too) and returned to my work after maternity leave no better than when I left!
Finally in 1984 I found my way to a medical practitioner who was working with these sort of problems. At the time it was considered to be quite "whacky" and I was criticized by my colleagues for wasting my money on quakery BUT it worked.
Within five days of completely the "die off" reaction to the prescribed Nystatin all my headaches went away, the dark circles under my eyes were gone and my energy level was better. I just knew I was on to something. Wihtin about 6 months the PMS had disappeared completely.
Since that time my health has continued to improve with set backs along the way as it turned out that candida was not the only or even the main problem, but my life with candida set me on the road to the discovery of holistic health and nutrition and I truly believe I would not be as healthy as I am today if I had not taken that first step.
I have taken an antibiotic only once since 1984.
