Nail Fungus
Beating Nail Infections
Nail fungus can be very difficult to get rid of.
Often, finger and toe fungus needs treatment for at least a year or longer!
Candida Albicans lives on our skin. When the outer skin layer breaks down, or a tiny invisible cut occurs or small separations occur
between your nail and nail bed - yeast can overgrow.
Nails and toes are often in warm, moist environments which make perfect fungus growing conditions.
This yeast overgrowth can get under and around your nails causing problems.
The nail infection may begin as a little spot, white or yellow, and then eventually spread.
Symptoms

Nail infections causes your nails to look thick and become brittle.
