How Probiotics Work:

We all have a naturally occuring balance of bacteria in our digestive tract - a combination of good and bad bacteria.

But, sometimes this balance gets thrown out of whack by antibiotics, illness, stress or other factors.

Bacteria or yeasts such as Candida Albicans can take over and cause many health issues and yeast infection symptoms.

We need to take probiotics to help balance out our flora source again.

What Is A Probiotic

Probiotics can be found in some foods or in supplements. They are live microorganisms.

What Do Probiotics Do?

Once you eat or take probiotics, they get to work in your digestive system. Probiotics maintain normal digestive health, restore intestinal balance and improve your immune system. Also, probiotics help gut flora.

These are all factors that will help you fight Candida yeast overgrowth and enjoy healthy digestion.
