I take 250 mg per day of vitamin B6 for the 10 days before my menstrual cycle to help with PMS symptoms. Vitamin C
I take 1/4 teaspoon of vitamin C daily, in a little water. Vitamin D While treating yeast infections and after, I take 400-800iu/day of vitamin d. This is usually part of my multi-vitamin that I take. Vitamin E
Vitamin E oil is great for vaginal dryness, cracking and itching. Y yogurt
I used to eat yogurt on a regular basis, but now I am lactose intolerant. Z Zymex wafer I used these as vaginal suppositories for yeast infections. I used 1 wafer for 14 consecutive nights before my menstrual cycle began. It was
horrible! Zymex wafers have dairy in them, which I reacted to causing my symptoms to become worse.
